RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Roxy & Co. accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We currently do not accept returns for store credit and discounted items cannot be returned. For a full refund of your merchandise, the customer is responsible for the associated shipping costs unless product is defective. When exchanging an item, return shipping fees are complimentary of Roxy & Co. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will provide the exchange shipping label. We are currently unable to provide exchange shipping labels for international customers. Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to process.
